Role overview

We are looking for someone who can help move CNC jobs through the shop, from print review and setup support to machining, checking parts, and working with the team on industrial components, tooling, and repeat production work.

• Set up and/or operate CNC equipment depending on experience
• Read prints, follow job requirements, and help solve shop-floor issues
• Work with machinists, inspection, and production personnel to keep jobs moving
• Maintain safe work habits and a strong attention to part quality

Relevant experience for this role

Experience in any of these areas is valuable for the position and will help determine the best fit for the role.

• CNC setup, operation, or machining experience
• Ability to read prints and understand basic inspection requirements
• Experience with milling, turning, 5-axis, mill-turn, Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment
• Dependability, communication, and willingness to work in a busy shop environment
